アプリを利用できる場合は、設定の「アカウントとデータ」から「アカウントを完全に削除」を選び、画面の案内に従って再認証してください。アプリを利用できない場合は、アカウントに登録したメールアドレスから[email protected]へ削除希望をお送りください。本人確認に合理的に必要な最小限の追加情報をお願いする場合があります。削除処理は本人確認後に開始し、ログイン情報、プロフィール、学習履歴、報酬、ペット、持ち物、お問い合わせなど、eipetアカウントに関連するデータを削除します。法令上必要な記録、セキュリティログ、通常のバックアップ、または外部提供者が独立して保持する不正利用監視記録は、それぞれの保存期間が満了するまで残る場合があります。削除は取り消せません。
If you can use the app, open Settings → Account and data → Permanently delete account and follow the reauthentication steps. If the app is unavailable, send a deletion request from the email registered to the account to [email protected]. We may request the minimum additional information reasonably needed to verify account ownership. After verification, deletion processing removes the sign-in identity, profile, learning history, rewards, pets, inventory, support requests, and other data associated with the eipet account. Records required by law, security logs, ordinary backups, or abuse-monitoring records independently retained by a provider may remain until their respective retention periods expire. Deletion cannot be undone.
